Very helpful!! Very tasty tomatoes. Great example of using Earth's resources carefully, with longevity in mind. And thinking outside the box.
We were very happy to find this wonderful spot while heading west out of MN. We had resigned ourselves to the only downside of travel: roadfood, which is usually low on vegetarian fare. So imagine our delight, when, having followed the signs for "fresh raspberries", we found wonderful, carefully prepared food in a beautiful farm created by very interesting, committed and humorous people. (And the raspberries were delectable.)
This may very well be the most wholesome, thoughtful, and delicious farm to table meal I have ever had.
